What is being added in the expansion?
We’re expanding our Life Plan Community to include more than 100 brand-new independent living residences, including apartment homes, cottages, and hybrid-style carriage homes. Each is thoughtfully designed for comfort, convenience, and modern living, with access to everything Rolling Green Village has to offer.
Are there any new amenities that come with this expansion?
We won’t be overhauling any amenities or other community spaces during this expansion project, as we’ve already, and very recently, made those upgrades. From a variety of restaurant-style dining venues to multipurpose rooms to an indoor heated saltwater pool, and scheduled transportation to downtown Greenville, South Carolina, there’s no shortage of ways to live well.
