What is being added in the expansion?
We are expanding our Life Plan Community (sometimes referred to as a Continuing Care Retirement Community) to include more than 100 brand-new independent living residences. There will be new apartment homes, cottages, and hybrid-style carriage homes for residents to choose from.
Are there any new amenities that come with this expansion?
We won’t be overhauling any amenities or other community spaces during this expansion project, as we’ve already, and very recently, made those upgrades. From a variety of restaurant-style dining venues to multipurpose rooms to an indoor heated saltwater pool, and scheduled transportation to downtown Greenville, South Carolina, there’s no shortage of ways to live well.
What makes the new carriage home unique?
Our new carriage homes are an exciting new residence offering for seniors. These homes offer a bigger, more open layout than traditional senior living residence floor plans, with high ceilings and larger windows. Think of them as elevated townhouses in their own separate neighborhood, close to every wonderful aspect of our community!

With many senior living options out there, we want to position ourselves as a community that continues to grow with the surrounding population. Our large campus allows us to continue to accommodate the needs of seniors in nearby Greenville and beyond by adding brand-new residences with modern features and easy access to healthcare services when needed. Our healthcare services include assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, and rehabilitation.
When will the expansion be complete?
