Executive Director

Bob has spent his entire career in healthcare and aging service, administering various senior service organizations in Ohio, Texas, Oklahoma, Illinois and finally here in South Carolina at Rolling Green Village. A licensed administrator since 1980, he has a Master’s Degree in Health Services Administration and served as an executive of record for a number of Continuing Care Retirement Communities. Bob has operated all aspects of long term care services including nursing home, assisted living, independent and cottage homes, home health, adult and child day services and hospice. He is available and happy to answer questions and hear comments from the people who live and work at Rolling Green Village. Appointments can be made with Bob most easily through Angela Kenslow his Executive Assistant at 967-4604.

Executive Assistant

Angela is the communication liaison for the RGV Board of Directors, the Presidents of the Homeowners Associations, and the Executive Director of Rolling Green Village. She also coordinates the office support staff and office equipment. If you have any questions or concerns in these respective areas, you would contact Angela. Residents are welcome to visit.

Financial Services Director

The department responsibilities are Residential and Health Care billing, filing of Medicare claims for the Health Care Residents, employee payroll, accounts payable, preparation of financial statements and corporate tax returns. Should you have questions concerning your bill, Fonda Culvyhouse can be reached by phone (371-6836), or stop by the office between the hours of 2:00-4:00.

Resident Services Director

The Resident Services/Activities Director responsibilities include oversight for all Wellness services and programs including the Independent Living Clinic, Chaplain, Transportation (both bus and medical), IL activities/events/meetings, wellness/fitness classes, weekly/monthly/quarterly publications and the personal home assist program through Rolling Green Village home care.

Ryan is the licensed administrator responsible for daily oversight of our health care center, The Cedars, and Evergreen Place. He is new to RGV and South Carolina. Before moving to Greenville, Ryan lived and worked in Ohio. Ryan earned his Master’s in Health Services Administration from Xavier University in Cincinnati, OH. If you have any questions about or concerns with our licensed areas he is here to help you.

Food and Beverage Director and Housekeeping Director

Food and Beverage is responsible for all food service at RGV. This includes meals served at the Village Center Main Dining Room, The Cedars Dining Room, Health Care Dining Room and Evergreen Place Dining Room. The Food and Beverage Department also provides catering services for most any size group, both large and small, for special events such as birthdays, anniversaries and holiday parties.

Housekeeping is responsible for cleaning the Apartments, Health Care, The Cedars, Evergreen Place and all common service areas and laundry. Apartment cleaning is done bi-weekly and flat linen service is offered twice monthly. For a minimal fee, the Housekeeping staff offers many services such as: routine cleaning, seasonal cleaning, refrigerators, stoves, windows, and much more. Human Resources Director

The Human Resources Department primarily has responsibilities in employee areas. The HR Director assists the Department Managers in the recruitment, interviewing, selection and orientation of new employees; administrates employee benefits, including health, life, dental and the 403B Retirement Plan. In addition, Human Resources keep all personnel files current and assist department managers in counseling employees. Residents are welcome to visit.

Director of Facilities

The Maintenance Department services areas including: Apartment homes, the Village Center office and common areas, the Health Care Facility, The Cedars, and Evergreen Place. Skip also oversees the landscaping and grounds maintenance at the Village Center. Maintenance services are offered at the patio homes on a fee for service basis. Please call RGV Maintenance Assistant, Ann Harris at 987-1802. Maintenance will be available to answer work order calls 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. During the weekend and off hours, EMERGENCY work orders should be called in to security at 420-2836.

Responsibilities of the Marketing Department include sales of patio homes and apartments at RGV. It is a delight to be able to meet with you and help you find the “perfect” fit for your retirement needs. Referrals are welcome anytime. Bringing the referral in person is even better.
