Trina, who is the Assisted Living Residency Counselor was instrumental in making that happen as seamlessly as possible. Recently, their apartment unfortunately flooded. They had to move to Memory Care while assessment and repairs were made. Trina again stepped in and made sure they were as comfortable as possible and pushed hard to get them back 'home' as soon as possible.
