Independent Living
Independent Living at Rolling Green Village is a lifestyle of choice for senior adults who are able to live with little or no assistance and want an active lifestyle focused on physical, emotional, educational and spiritual wellness. Rolling Green Village offers two options for independent living: apartments and patio homes.
Apartment Living at Its Best
If you prefer the convenience of apartment living, Rolling Green Village offers you the very best in selection and service. We have 134 apartments with a choice of eleven floor plans. All apartments are connected to the Village Center, so you never have to go outside to enjoy dining or activities during inclement weather. Every day you can enjoy a continental breakfast and choice of lunch or dinner in the dining room and a brunch buffet on the weekends. Apartments range in size from our studio apartment at 340 square feet to our three bedroom apartment which is
1,398 square feet.
Because of our first rate housekeeping staff, you’ll find that keeping your apartment looking its best is easy. We provide house cleaning and flat linen service two times a month and garbage pickup right outside your door twice a week. You’ll also have the peace of mind that comes with 24-hour security and emergency Life Line service.
Patio Home Ownership, Only Better
Rolling Green Village offers you the important advantage of home ownership. Unlike many other retirement communities, when you buy a home in Rolling Green Village, you maintain the title to your home, which remains part of your estate and can be sold by you or a realtor whenever you desire.
You can choose from six unique communities located among the 175 acres of wooded hills, scenic lakes, and green valleys. The individual homes are distinctive as well with one, two and three bedroom options and outstanding amenities such as patios, screened porches, sunrooms and more. Combining options of privacy and companionship for
residents the separate patio homes are arranged in neighborhoods around the Village Center.
While you’ll value the independence of home ownership, you’ll also enjoy the freedom from most of the traditional responsibilities associated with it. A monthly homeowner’s fee covers landscaping, certain exterior maintenance, common grounds, termite bond, streetlights, and garbage pickup.
